No help from Zona. Man do they have a tank advantage playing hockey in that state. Crowd is 80% opponent nightly. Dallas an impressive win tonight. Lets take care of business there and get ready for 3/26/15.

So we got some young guys finishing the season strong. Ennis, Larsson and especially Risto have really come on in the last few. I'd be fine with the Ennis, Mouls, Larsson as our #2 line next year. Also, what is there to lose by playing Grigererenko (as Rob Ray fumbles...)? He still looks completely outmatched, but let him get a feel. That rip from the point should be enough to pique the interest. -

This is far beyond throwing up in disgust though. I'd say that would be the boos of the first half of season. This is strategically demanding to continue being fed this $#!t diet, because you know you're body will look better for it. Interesting insight into the psyche of the fan.

Love the devolution of this season. I'm gonna take Igor's side here. I'm sure there's a correlation between celebs and awful, embarrassing names. I'm no pop culture guy, but Blanket, North, Suri... All pretty obnoxious and a manifestation of a celeb's desire for attention. The unfortunate thing is they are pushing this narcissism on to their offspring, whether they want it or not.

Christ, what an Around the NHL thread. I'd say the only thing Igor is showing intolerance for in this hateful, defensive rant is with mindless, attention-needy celebs. Can't say I blame him in this talentless era of stardom, but Miller is definitely not in this class.

Sounded like a lot of Devils fans in the house tonight. Didn't think there were that many fans in NJ, let alone western NY. Would be totally down if it is a strategy from tanker season ticket holders. TANKERS: Do you draw the line at going to home games and cheering for the other team?

Reinhart, the second overall pick in the 2014 draft, is expected to join AHL Rochester if his junior team is eliminated from the playoffs, reports the Olean Times Herald. Spin: The WHL regular season is almost over, and after claiming a wild-card spot in the Eastern Conference, the underdog Kootenay Ice will face either the Calgary Hitmen or the Medicine Hat Tigers. Even with Reinhart, the Ice aren't considered a heavyweight team, so they're unlikely to go deep into the playoffs. If the Ice get eliminated early, Reinhart will be allowed to come over to the AHL and help the Amerks as they vie for a playoff spot. Reinhart saw nine games with the Sabres this year before being returned to the WHL. From Rotoworld. Would be very exciting to see him playing in the league he should have been in from day 1.

How are there non-tankers on this thread? There are 12 GAMES LEFT. It defies logic to be rooting for this team to win. Go be rah rah team in the Prospects section. This is a therapeutic and holy place, a retreat from this test of hardship. Zona has a hell of a schedule coming up. Tomorrow night at home against Colorado appears to be the best chance for them to fall a couple steps behind in the CHL (other than against us - twice - : / ).

I was thinking the same thing with Sam. It was pretty clear he needed to work on his body. Maybe this became the priority, far above bolstering his draft status with points. Still, after seeing how out of place he looked in the pros, followed by his below standard play, I can't say I'm free of concern .

Really? Leaders often use the media to drive negotiations. Even if this wasn't the case, I think the incredible amount of manpower behind him can handle two and a half minutes.
