  1. I loved that. Go Bayley! Misa was the ONLY choice.
  2. BTW this draft style is terrible.
  3. Of course. Adams is so ***** predictable.
  4. I actually agree with everything you say here, and if he's 28 I do it in a heartbeat. The problem is, he's 34. You want to trade preimum assets for a guy who has predominantly put up numbers along Crosby or Malkin. He's a good player away from the puck and if you can get him for a 2nd, Rosen, and or other prospects sure. I like the player, but find the cost ridiculous.
  5. Exactly, if he's a UFA, awesome. However, any Pittsburgh fan who think he's worth much more than a 2nd and Rosen, is ludicrous to me.
  6. Okay, well that's one. Not much, stay healthy.
  7. Again a problem with Adams. His weaknesses are systemic, he signs and stands with his players to a hilt (see Samuelsson). How offended he got during the presser over some imaginary contemplation of our ability to buy him out at a microcosm of the total cap hit.
  8. Based on all these offers, I 100% agree. Play him on the top line, and have him take over the PP2 position. As far as I'm concerned Power hasn't earned ***** at getting preferntial treatment. Start using your body. Honestly, everyone keeps saying, find Power a partner. Maybe, Power is the problem. A soft, one way player who honestly puts up stationary invisible numbers that inflate his actual value.
  9. Makes sense. Probably miffed about being rejected on Peterka, if there is some team overlap. He'll get dealt for some sort of forward and a pick is my guess.
  10. Can someone gage my sketchy recollection of whether or not Kesserling came out of nowhere this year as an analytics darling? I just have no real memory of him being anything more than a 6th or 7th defenseman previously?
  11. Not a fan. That's all I got. This is the underwhelming return that we had to expect with GMKA at the helm. It does make the team harder to play again, but Thorny is completely right ✅️ Adams said we're saving our capital to sign our young stars. He just outted himself as a hypocrite and soft. Any real GM would have told Peterka's camp shut up you have NO LEVERAGE. This trade is proof Adams has unlimited protection. This is going to get massive outrage.
  12. I misread it, as to what "I" would do with it. Adams is making the pick, because he's the generic simpleton.
  13. Everytime you come into this point of the season, you hope your front office has an idea of how the fans feel. Where the flaws of the team are; and have some humbling after another consecutive season of nothing changing. For the fifth season in a row, we received, a lackluster hypocritical sound bite session from a guy who isn't more qualified to mop the floors. There was a laugh, a pity statement made about the fans, when in all reality, he just doesn't give a *****. I am more now sure about this fraud. TRUST THE PROCESS, will be immortalized on his grave.
  14. JUST ANSWER THE ***** QUESTION FOR ONCE. BE DEFINITIVE. I loathe Adams.
  15. Fair enough. No he's not better than Misa, Hagens or Desnoyers. I just find his engine and his away from puck play to be a glaring hole in what this team has missed outside of a few cases (Benson).
  16. I don't see that. I see his poor attitude, play style and injuries as the reason for the poor return. I loved the kid at the world juniors, and he has talent. He definitely needed a new lease on life. Briere would be a great be at mentor id think.
  17. I can see that for sure. He seems better than Boucher.
  18. I mean, highest ceiling no. Buy I love his tenaciousness. Changing the culture starts with that for me.
  19. typical goof move.
