No get the McEichel. We have 6 goalies in the system 3 of which could be that guy. Crawford is the Hawks starter. Not franchise. Their franchise is Toews, Kane and Keith. They won a cup with Ranta, also an average to above average goalie but not a HOFer. If we make the playoffs next year great. I doubt we will with the youth on the team, but worrying about the goaltending is cart before the horse in my opinion.

The idea that goaltending is an issue only has merit when the o and d start to come togethor. Serviceable goalies can be had relatively easy. Halak, Dubnyk, Crawford, hell Miller was available this summer. Goaltending is the least of our worries. Scoring is another matter.
