I have no idea how to fix this culture other than simply building a winner in Rochester, and bringing up Casey, Ullmark, Nylander, etc. next season isn't going to help that at all. We have to have another season of them all growing and winning together down there, no matter how much it will suck for us up here It does, but you can get out of it. I just don't know how. The Oilers all the sudden did it, and so did the Avs, Pens, and Hawks.
