This team can go f**k themselves. How the hell do you play like you have no idea how to defend in your own end?? Sick and tired of watcjing the same sh!t every game where teams have 10 breakaways and odd man rushes and the Sabres turn easy board clears into down low 3 on 1s in their own end. No excuse for it. Granato needs to figure it out or they could have the entire All Star team and they aren'taking the playoffs.

You don't need better players to play a competent defensive structure. Or have 3 players not standing around looking at the opponents in front of the net

This team is terrible in their own end. I don't understand how it can be the same since the beginning of the year. All year the same thing with little improvement. If anything it has gotten worse the last 2 weeks.

You can't leave people wide open in front of the net. How many times? How many times can you not cover someone on a penalty kill? Their PK is under 67% at home. That's brutal

They aren't ready for this time of year. Adams has a lot of work to do this off-season. They cannot trot into next year with this defense corp. Whoever coaches the penalty kill needs to be replaced, and perhaps who ever is responsible for the defensive system itself.

Because they haven't reached their peak yet and we have a lot more talent coming through the pipeline and likely in free agency this year. Do people seriously have nothing better to do than think this team will be a bottom 5 team forever?
