  1. I definitely do not share the level of animosity y'all have towards McD. And I don't think he's very good.
  2. This might be the worst Bills Special Teams unit I've ever seen
  3. McDermott you baby.
  4. Depends what the other piece is. There's not a lot I really like from Pittsburgh honestly. I probably don't want to give up a 1st in a Brassard trade but I'm fairly confident that's not what we'd need to beat other offers?
  5. I'd also be fine with never having a designed run for Allen again. The guy gets hit so much
  6. From what I've seen of Allen this year, I don't think he's ever going to be super accurate, but I'd also love to see him with some weapons.
  7. Nice throw and drive. Come on Hauschka!! On the first drive, Allen can't miss that throw to Foster. And then the almost-pick was a bad one. But the throws to KB and Zay that weren't catches were good throws.
  8. Allen just clowns Kiko. Needs to throw now.
  9. Do we ever throw quick slants?
  10. Brassard would produce more here than he does in Pitt, I'd expect. I'd try and make the move for sure.
  11. "I tend to use a longer one... For me I've made my stick a little bit shorter, the few years that I've played in the NHL, just because the game happens so quickly, people are always getting sticks on you, and sticks on the puck, so to have it a little tighter to your body is, I think, a little more beneficial."
  12. Bush is like 5 pounds. It's impossible for him to rough a passer.
  13. I skipped around in there but the bills are on now, and i haven't found the quote yet. I'll find it before today is over.
  14. The spittin' chiclets podcast he was on in the summer. Unfortunately it's a thing I needed to download to listen to so I can't just link it. Edit: NVM, found it. https://www.barstoolsports.com/boston/spittin-chiclets-episode-108-featuring-jack-eichel-noah-hanifin-and-oliver-ekman-larsson
  15. You at least have to remember me babbling about it nonstop, right? I'm pretty sure Jack cited it as a reason he switched though.
  16. I only enter two buildings any given semester and one is my apartment in which I live alone. The other has about 2 people native to Oklahoma in it. It's easy!
  17. I really want to get this deal done. But I would be negotiating hard because of this. Skinner is not a 9 mil, or an 8.5 mil player.
  18. Oh man, I'm a bad fan. I had no idea OU was ranked 5th and had a shot.
  19. Yeah. The stick he came into the league with had him basically incapable of getting out of any situation where players were close enough to him that the puck had to come in tight. He's really good at leaning into and peeling out of board battles that he wasn't before the stick change. But I have not seen him hit a good one-timer since the switch.
  20. Max offersheet to Matthews followed by a big one to Marner would just make my day. Also, I'm very ignorant about contracts and cap stuff. But how was 6x6.9 not agreed to, like, months ago? That's completely reasonable for both..
  21. The hit broke one or two rules that have been in the NHL for a long time, and it was committed by a guy who has injured many people and been suspended many times, so of course it's going to get talked about, and that doesn't mean people talking about it are "sissies" and that the world these days smh PC soft go watch foot fairies.
  22. I wonder if he might need to put that extra two inches back on his stick. And I'm being serious. Whoops. Ninja emoji, looking both ways a little unsure/a little worried emoji. You can see the moments every game where he's still not used to stickhandling with the new one. That is, though, something that players get used to eventually. And he's still shooting ridiculously hard. I think he might just not be used to the stick. He almost scored a goal like he did in Pittsburgh, against Jones the other night.
  23. All these players are scoring Crosby-goals but even prettier than when Crosby does it.
  24. All fair. And I love what we've seen from both right now, but my expectations for Dahlin are sky-high, and he's still doing a little better than I had hoped for.
  25. No, it is ridiculously rare and not a hockey play for a player to be hit in the back in that part of the ice. It is a part of every offensive play to be focused on what your team is doing with the puck.
