It's crazy that he's citing the lack of communication as an issue. That was literally supposed to be Jason's whole thing -

Does one person in the organization know that the last three seasons have seen a rolling average of last place, in offensive chance creation counts/measures? I'd love for them to mention it so we can at least have some hope it's on the radar of things to address -

Dang, Mike. -
FWIW in the last or second to last game I seem to recall Wayne sitting on the bench for a while.

Hi Mike, thanks for the question and I look forward to working with you. Ralph and I have concluded an exhaustive search by coming to terms with Bruce Boudreau on an agreement to be the head coach of the Buffalo Sabres. Ralph will serve the team in an advisory role while I report to him as GM, and Bruce reports to me as head coach. We look forward to stocking the front office with experienced staff and scouts, and believe that for the future to matter, we must start winning today. Our offseason will be conducted with this in mind. We will put every ounce of effort we have into winning, every second of every day. We will welcome the desperation and drive of players whose intensity may have scared us off in years past. Our long national nightmare is over. -

I'm less interested in what they say about how great they'll be next year than I am the potential for some beans to be spilled.i have a lot invested in the Jason sucks narrative -

I'm tuning in. But only cuz work is the alternative -
This reminds me of that time when, like, 3 days into this quarantine experience, celebs all thought what the people of this country really needed was to see their faces again. So they sang "imagine there's no heaven" to us from their lavish mansions as our family members perished due to a virus In hindsight their desperate attempts to satiate their craving for attention, 1% of the way into this ordeal, is the funniest thing I've seen in a long time

I'm gonna hope while I still can that - Philosophical differences involved jason being content to lean on the kids for all major holes, and the pegulas/ralph wanting better for the immediate roster Krueger/Adams reconfiguring the organization means that they both work to establish a competent real GM and one of the available good coaches, and we wind up with the organizational structure we have been pining for, and Krueger's year of observations and study have pointed him in this direction, him convincing the pegs that Jason and that structure would never work

You'd think watching Hutton allow at least 5 goals in a huge percentage of games right in a row as we fought to keep our season alive would have been enough. People here were apoplectic he kept being put on the ice. Ralph was starting Jonas freaking Johansson over a rested Hutton. Jason would be mad to do this
