I’m going to offer this as a rebuttal.

Correct as long as the player is returned to the CHL.

Bloom, Kozak, Nadeau and Cederqvist should be offered ELCs, with the three former given ATOs with Rochester when their seasons end. Per Cap Friendly the three CHL Players Contracts will not count towards the 50 Contract Limit when they are returned to their Junior Teams.
