Adams mentioned Tyson Kozak twice, once this AM with Howard Simon and then with Paul Hamilton. With the latter Adams mentioned that Kozak made strides and would be eligible for Rochester based on His Age if He signs an ELC. I think one more year in Portland would be better though.
