Nothing wrong with that at all. It's just not the right criterion to evaluate places like Katz's and Carnegie with. It would be like going to a Sabres game and evaluating the team based on how crispy the nachos are as opposed to how the players played.

If it'll make you feel better, I can post pics of pastrami sandwiches from both places. Results will still be the same.

I'm hoping that Marrone is smart enough to learn the NFL and not be a one trick pony with the no huddle college style offense. I guess just start with what you know and build on it. The players will have to grow with him.

I mean...I am glad that he had a game plan...and wanted to stick to it...but, you still have to be able to adjust that plan on the fly.

Overall, the Bills players were the more talented team today, but the Bills coaching lost this one.

  3. Once Vereen broke that run at the end, they would've been better off just letting him score and getting the ball back with a minute left. Tackling him there allowed the Pats to kill the rest of the clock.

Poor coaching in the final 5 minutes. As much as I enjoy the new hurry up offense, it wasnt necessary in the end of the game, especially with a rookie QB at the helm. Slow it down there. Let your D catch a breath.

Ok I'll be happy with a 4TD game, that ends with us ahead on the scoreboard, that's fair, because I don't think we see another Peyton in this generation.

It's shiny but made in China cause I got it at Wal mart

Was Peyton Manning made in China?

Oh, I am sure he has.

Those guys were giants in the 1960's before Hull ran off to Winnipeg. Mikita continued to produce, but it wasn't the same one-two punch. They won their only cup together in 1961.

I think Bowman was referencing Kane and Toews cause they were a huge part of the teams that brought the cup back to Chicago for the first time in 49 years. Twice in Four years. Hence, "back on the map."

Compare that to the quiet days before those two came along During which the Hawks only made the playoffs once from 1998-2008.

I know. I'm just saying, it was 23 years until Hull and Mikita put the Hawks 'back on the map' in 1961.

  6. Blackhawks GM: Kane and Toews will be here "no matter what"

"I can't predict what the salary cap will be in the near future, but I can tell you that Jonathan and Patrick will be on this team," Bowman told the team's website. "Those two players put the Blackhawks back on the map."

Surprised that he hasn't heard of Hull and Mikita.

In NYC, I'd disagree with GoDD on Chinatown and Little Italy. Chinatown is gross, especially in the summer, and there is plenty of good Italian food (and Chinese, for that matter) all over. For food, I would highly recommend Katz's deli (the famous fake ###### scene in "When Harry Met Sally" was filmed there) for pastrami and sour pickles

I disagree with this heavily. Carnegie Deli is far more superior to Katz's.

Katz's is the more well known name, but Carnegie is better.

    Serendipity III is great too.
