Closing on the new house on the 13th. That's awesome.
Complaint! My son started 4th grade yesterday and I have to drive him to school evey morning because my current townhouse is in a school district 30 minutes away.
I didn't want him starting school here for 2 weeks and then having to leave his friends and go make new friends at a new school(I was never a "new kid" but I can imagine it probably sucks balls). So I started him in the new school and I'll be paying for it for 2 weeks to the tune of an hour drive to drop him off and an hour drive to pick him up....this blows! But he's making good friends and he's loved his first two days. So if my misery from coming home from work at 3:30am and getting no sleep makes him happy at his new school, then I guess its worth it.
Holy run on sentence, Batman!

Heh. At least there are tons of tag places, so as long as you pick your spot registering your car will only be a 20-minute process. My wife just did her switch a month or three ago. Don't remember it being that bad, but we had a BC, passport, marriage license, and some stuff (magazines) with her name on them. And I was there, with my existing PA license. I don't remember it being that bad the first time around, but that was long enough ago (2005) that the federal checks on licenses weren't in place yet. (hint: I'm betting if you were a new NYS resident it'd be just as bad).
Complaint: the new WGR Android app. Seems they forgot the quit/close button again so it's always running. Coupled with the new, more invasive privs, it's uninstalled now.
That has always been a bad app. Go for TuneIn Radio instead.

lol, yea I am dreading going to get my Georgia one. I have to have:
1) Original birth certificate
2) Photo ID (passport, license etc..)
3) Social Security Card or Bank notice with full social on it at current address
4) 2 current bills at current address
5) 1 first born child
6) My left testicle (right is only acceptable if left is gone and you have a signed and notarized doctors note with your own blood on it for DNA testing)
...hence the reason I still rock the NY id.
Its the exact same here in Pennsyltucky. Except the original birth certiface isn't good enough for them....they want 2 "original" birth certificates.
Oh and they punched holes in my NY licence! That ID has character! Its flexible and feels all powdered and grainy when you bend it....all these other laminated ID's are boring imitations of each other. Come on other 49 states! Be original.
Oh and I forgot to mention you cannot register your car at this awful, awful place. Nope! Have to go to a tag and title place....wtf!

Complaint: The DMV!!
I'm officially a resident of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Never thought it would happen, but I finally caved after living here for three years and I gave up the New York licence.
Spent 3 hours in this shithole PennDOT drivers license center(yeah, they don't call it a DMV like the rest of civilized humanity) only for the lady at the window to tell me that my birth certificate that I've had since birth is not an acceptable birth certificate! Are you ###### kidding me!!!?? It had a raised seal from the state of NY and its in an envelope post marked from 1985! Yet there's a possibility that it is a counterfeit! Bullish!t!
So now I have to order a new one from the NY dept. Of health and wait for that to come in, go back the the PenDOT drivers licence center and wait in ###### line again! I think not! Walked into that place yesterday, two weeks later, cut the 3 hour long line(it was a pretty sweet line cut if I do say so myself) and went right back up to the same womans window. "Hey remember me I was just here, you told me to come right back up with my birth certificate."
So she processes it all in like 3 minutes and tells me to go right up to the picture window and they will call me right up....bastards had me standing in that line for damn near an hour! Call me right up, my @ss!
Guess that was the karma for my sweet line cutting earlier...
But now I have 2 birth certificates, anyone know any illegals who'll pay cash?
Edit: to the Homeland security officer reading this, that last part was just a joke.

He's not kidding. I saw that comparison myself.
Not to mention that all of our receivers are destined for multiple pro bowls on their way to the hall of fame.
I'm not pessimistic at all about the Bills this season, but holy hell! Some people overs at TBD are gonna be on suicide watch by the end of the preseason. Holy unrealistic expectations Batman!

Its one half of a preseason game. Don't get me wrong, the kids looked good and I'm encouraged, but that is all.
I don't think the Bills are going to be as bad as most people do and I still have the same hope I have every year before week one. Let's see how some of the season shakes out before we start comparing Jeff Tuel to one of the top 3 qbs ever to live.

Thanks LGR and Claude. and yeah, my parents wanted to wait for a guy to come and do something to our septic system before they picked up the prescriptions. then, the original pain stuff wore off. I literally pushed them into the car and said "Drive as fast as you can."
You weren't kidding. holy crap.
Once upon a time I had my 4 impacted wisdom teeth removed along with my 4 twelve year molars...along with shredding my left knee that was the worst pain ever. Percocet is your friend, enjoy the couch for a few days and rinse your mouth out a whole lot. I didn't end up with any dry sockets and you are really going to want to avoid those.

There is a certain pride that comes with having at least a respectable presence in sports. As I said above thread, when I was there, they were still AA and all the hubbub was they were making the leap and had all the tools to make a run to respectability. Well, other than a 90 minute trip north for an also-ran bowl, and a few guys getting a cup of coffee in the NFL, 20 years later and it's still blah! At least Bball has had teams that on their best day can compete with the top 20....but it's sad.
I remember going out of my way to not step on the seal in the Student Union, while dozens trampled it in front of me. I remember being the only non-Asian on the bus from north campus to south for 8am calc classes. Help me TrueBlue......I'm a self-loathing Bull!
That's your problem right there. 8am calc? No classes before 10am!! I spent enough semesters at UB to know that you can almost completely avoid being up before noon.
Hopefully hoops can get back on track. Haven't had a chance since the season after they lost Turner Battle.

Nope, I don't think he'll be what anyone here would consider good. But I do still hope he scores between 55 and 75 points and the Sabres win the cup no matter how long the odds are.

The new theaters at the AMC Maple Ridge are outstanding. The reclining chairs are the greatest thing to happen to the movie going experience since surround sound.
They made movies before surround sound? I thought those were called plays.

In 45-60 days, I could be building my Sabres man-cave, as long as the lawyers don't screw it up...
Should be setting up the cave around the same time. Mid September.

I'm a little surprised that no one here has mentioned the Ryan Braun suspension and the impending Alex Rodriguez suspension. And the apparent lack of accountability that is still rampant in major league baseball.
The MLB is letting these guys cut deals? I'm not sure how I feel on this matter but I'm leaning towards it really bothering me.
Braun not standing up to face the music really pisses me off. That's akin to Sammy Sosa forgetting English, Mark McGuire not wanting to talk about the past and Rafael Palmero wagging his finger at congress.
Oh and I'd really like to see Aaron Rodgers pay up on his little wager. You owe this years salary sir, you made a bet, now pay the man.

Today I learned that Jordan Leopold doesn't wear socks in his skates. That's kind of gross.
If its hot out I don't wear socks in my skates.
Besides, the skates are the least gross part of hockey gear. Try playing a game at night then traveling and playing the next morning. The soaking wet shoulder pads/jock/elbows and shins feel absolutely 100 times worse than a little dampness in the skates. Yuck! Just thinking about ot reminds me of how gross it is!

That's what I was thinking but I am not a doctor, or a playmate so I am pretty ignorant on the subject. Interested to know though.
Anyways, complaint: Waiting to hear back from the other realitor on the offers and subsequent counter offers that I have been putting in. Holy hell!!! This is aggravating, exhilarating and nauseating at the same time.

Jenny McCarthy being hired by The View. If she is given a platform to spout her dangerous vaccine nonsense, people, mostly kids, will end up dead of completely preventable diseases. I love free speech, but this type of crazy is deadly.
Deadly...perhaps. But I'm leaning more towards Darwinism at this point. People should really know better by now, and I have a hard time feeling sympathetic for someone who takes medical advise from the playmate of the year.

Had my serp belt break on I-81 on my way back to Pennsyltucky from NY while going 80. That's fun when you have no power steering, no a/c and your battery can die at any second. Belt should only cost about $40 bucks though.
