You literally have no one else at this point. GMKA has failed us. I've been as patient as anyone but enough is enough. He needs to get something done to give them a chance. His plan was try to stay in it until Tage and Quinn return Now with Tuch going out and losing 3 in a row , he can no longer wait Get a deal done this week Overpay if you have to just get it done I'm done hearing him say I've been talking to everyone" "I'm in on every conversation". Time for action or another season will be lost 😡

Just saw they are 1 point ahead of where they were last year so all is not lost ! IMHO, They need two pieces they don't have at the moment . ... a hard nosed 3 line winger and a true top 4 dman. neither are easy to find but if any team has the pieces to make a trade, it's the Sabres waive guys who don't want to compete - Olofsson I'm looking at you .....he scores as I write this 😀 KO needs to be the 13th forward I think they would be better off now with Dahlin as their Captain - he's should be their leader today not tomorrow and get back Quinn and Tage if things seem the same in another week - gotta fire DG

If they fire DG , which I think they should, they need to hire someone on an interim basis to finish out the year. I want to wait to see what happens with Brind'amour before hiring another full time coach. I feel bad for DG since KA hasn't done him any favours in helping the lineup BUT it's now unarguable that the team has took on his persona of being too nice. Adams shouldn't sleep until he makes a trade to help this team now !!

Thanks. I like the scheifle comparison. he never plays a full season in the AHL. he jumps right into the NHL and contributes right away after his 2 years in OHL. I can see Savoie, Kulich, Östlund and Rosen playing another season in AHL in 24/25

they could go to 3 first rounders but even 2 plus a lower end prospect should get you a good player.

All these prospects but there is very little opportunity for any of them on the Big Club I figure there is 1 top 9 winger spot and potentially 2 spots for Dmen available over the next 3 years. I don't agree. The CHL will survive just as well without a guy like Savoie. is there an example of someone playing in the OHL in the same circumstance? Top 10 pick and draft plus 2 year ? It should be about the player not the team or the league

I hope there will be a rule named after our boy. He dominates the WHL so badly that they will allow NHL teams an exemption for a top 10 draft pick that has clearly outgrown the CHL in his draft +2 year and put said player in AHL. worst part of this is that Savoie already proved he is quite capable of playing in the AHL at a very high level

Just watched the end of the football game. I'm confused; you are allowed to stop a team driving for a winning / tying drive under 2 mins to go? Watching McDermotts coaching , I thought the best you could do is allow them to drive to the 1 yrd line and then get away with a penalty on the last play of the game to hold onto the win.

Exactly. I'd take another top 4 dman myself, if they make a trade. Actually GMKA HAS to make a move !!! There is no goalie that is going to make a difference available. Improve the D in front of what they have is a better way to go

Down by 3 with 8 mins the go. Why wouldn't you pull the goalie ? im not one to want to fire DG at this point but I'm sure it's gonna happen after the season if things don't get substantially better by the end of the season

That's why you can't watch a game solely through a spreadsheet. the team in front of him has been a unmitigated disaster tonight.

Good news is that there are due for a win next games in this win one, lose one streak they are on at some point they are gonna have to put a stream together of 7 or 8 wins in 10 or so btw. Why doesn't DG use timeouts ??? St.louis calls one after they give up 3 in a row and promptly score 2. I don't get it !
