He was the last thing on this team to have any actual work ethic other than girgensons and ROR. Big part of our last playoff run. Didn't suck until he took gaustads skate to the face. Funny how our memories differ so much ????

To be fair. The point at which Hammasandwhich made this comment, Pekar had two goals under his belt and Casey had zero. Casey obviously stepped up by the end. Things I am most excited about after watching the entire tournament: 1. Casey M. Is the real deal. The more he was pressured, the better he played. 2. Need to follow that goaltender, Sheppard. Dude was playing lights out the first three or so games. 3. It's not the least bit ironic to me that Pekar was wearing #42. Which to me translates to Nathan Gerbe, the last little ball of hate we've had worth a in my opinion. Hope he doesn't lose that edge, and those balls. A Pekar without his balls.... Bad news.

I'm a huge fan of the original three Mass Effect games. I'm about two hours into this one and I am enjoying it. Combat is excellent. The story is decent so far. The gripes about facial expressions and some animations are real ... but the game is good so far still.

That was a pretty egregious mistake call at the end but I feel worse about the uncalled hit to the head on Gorges back in the first was it? That was pretty blatant.

I'm not sure where the Ennis hate has been comin from lately. If anything, Ennis has been playing "kane-ey" lately. Kane has what one goal on the year? I know he's missed a few games but other than skate quickly he hasn't done much for us. -
What I find odd is that they have this video review coaches challenge when goals are scored as if that's the only important hockey play. Why can't any missed call be reviewed? Perhaps a missed cross check or a missed slash / high stick etc... I don't want it to be like this, but I find it odd that they've selected a subset of missed calls that can be reviewed: those that occurr right before a goal but not those that could have put a team in a position to score a goal ( like a PP).

Good call. That's been my issue with the show since the red wedding. Watching this show is like self-cutting or something. Its negative negative negative and zero positive. It's like Empire Strikes Back meets Groundhog's Day. The book, while painting the same bleak world, had moments of small triumphs that stood out IMO. Watching this show feels a bit like abuse. /endrant

That's why I'm a dumb puck :-P. I still image Dany as being a lot hotter than the actress they got to portray her in the show with. Then again, I'm trying not to think about what age she is actually supposed to be lol.

My post was a failed attempt at being a wise-ass. I apologize if it offended anybody or gave people the impression that things were being spoiled. My post was nonsense and it's not even in the books. It was meant to be a comment on the strange amount of real spoilers in the thread. So, again I apologize. There is no bone drake that I know of in the books... it was a joke. Is it a spoiler to apologize and admit that what you acted like was a spoiler is actually not a spoiler? Now I'm confused. Sorry all lol.
