    I'm right near the 30 Y/O mark so relatively young, I agree with ya, when I heard suffering, I did not expect them to match the franchise record for worst starting record and be the worst in the league with possession and goals for. I did expect growing pains, and as much as a top pick sounds wonderful, I thought we'd see a different product.I just wish there was more effort, it's hard to say why this team is playing so lackluster.... Idk if its because management came out and said "hey guys were gonna suck" or if the confidence in the talent we have is so low that we being ultra conservative in our game planning, or if we just have player personalities that aren't cohesive to a gritty winning team..... I'm sure there is a combination of all three in there. I usually make it a point to watch or at least DVR every game and watch later, but this year I have found I just don't have it in me to make the extra effort to watch every game like I have in the past, tonight I'm going to a birthday dinner and will not be recording the avalanche game.... I'll follow the board to see what's happening but this team needs to show something soon before fans start losing interest.

    I'm fairly young still in terms of following the sabres.... I can remember about 20 years of hockey from childhood til now, and I can honestly say this is the absolute worst team I've seen ever.... I don't have the care or time to look up stats to see if mathematically we will be the worst. And at some point this negativity will even out somewhat, but I cannot remember a team duller, lifeless, heartless and just awful as I'm seeing this year... We have no game plan, no grit, no scoring, worst passing in the league, no PP and no excitement to be seen anywhere. Even the coach is an automaton just like our GM. I wonder how long before fans start making half empty buildings appear?

    Its amazing how injuries affect the bills every freaking year.... Idk if conditioning is an issue or if it's just terrible luck, but honestly.... Starting QB, both running backs, basically our whole secondary, 2 first string WR.... A kicker, and the list goes on and on. I know injuries are a part of the game and every team has them, but we seem to be ravaged by them to the point where outcomes of games are affected. I didn't see the bills being a playoff team this year, but I honestly feel that If we were remotely healthy then we'd be at least a. 500 team, maybe even 4-2 right now. Changes are happening and although statistically we aren't lighting it up, this team at least makes most games exciting, unlike our other sports team.... Finally a rebuild the way it should be done, just somehow need to find a way to stay healthier

    Think I'll spend a Sunday off doing something fun.... Take the motorcycle out to the Fall festival and then a theater production of a clockwork orange tonight downtown. No need to watch our 3rd string qb in a game where we don't have a high chance of winning. I'll DVR the game just in case.

    I seem to agree with this as well, Blackhawks are def a better team than us, but the fatigue as well as us having to win a game eventually may help us pull out a close one

    as well as our D has improved, they're nowhere near the top of the league and have had points put up on them.... I think the Bengals stack the box and make us beat them with a really unknown QB.... I also don't see us throwing too many screens, we haven't been much of a screen team this far this year. I'd like to win, but our injury situation is pretty bad, it may depends on dalton, if he's hott=we lose, but if he's off then game on

    With Manuel and a decent left guard sure, but with the Colin brown/legurski combo and thad at the helm, I can honestly see us getting shut out

    5 games is 1/16th of a season, so yes we have reached eventually lol, But realistically no we probably haven't, the architect screwed up the # blueprint here
