I no longer understand the behavior of our Republican representatives. I generally understand the tactical movements in government. I may not agree with their use, but I understand why. The behavior that has been evolving over the last couple of years, I don’t understand. And especially so yesterday. And all this is being done to keep a man in office that is rapidly losing all support except for a relatively small base. The party is acting very desperately. As if there is no hope if Trump is successfully impeached. Well..... if this sort of thing continues, there will probably be the political reckoning that they fear.

I think we won’t know what we have until about mid December. The games tighten up considerably and teams know other teams tendencies by then. If we’re still playing consistently well and winning in the depths of the holiday lead-in we’ll be able to make some sound judgements re: the team and coach.

I'm continually amazed at the work all of these people have done to keep adding generations to the fanbase. It is no small task at all to keep the 50 something original fans interested AND new groups of pre teens every 3 years. 19 freaking 77. And here we are on the cusp of 2020 discussing the next movie on a hockey forum. Yeah, they've been butchering this, haven't they? I enjoy them all.
