  1. Something that stands out to me is Cozens comments after the 4-0 Isles game. ‘ we know how important these games are now ‘. This is a failure of coaching and also a byproduct of a young roster with a lack of veteran leadership. All games are important. Love how they are playing now and I’m enjoying this run but this is something the coaches and players have to learn and fast. Watching the team come out listless for 3/4 of the season before turning it on for the important games will have us possibly missing again. Hopefully they learn the lesson.

Boy that Bo Byram trade sure seems to be helping out greatly! And look that garbage trade for Greeny seems to be paying dividends as well, who knew? Also, that irrelevant trade for Robinson seems to have provided a nice 4th line player with speed, hustle, and grit, shocker! Albeit KA's lack of moves last summer hurt (especially after the Quinn injury), besides that, where has he gone wrong again? Oh wait, bc I'm not old and bitter I don't want to win now. I'm not educated on hockey, or I'm just a "passive" fan.

You young whipper snapper get offa my lawn punk why I outta😉

This one is still legit. My perception is that the egotistical "we're the center of the universe" Torontonians say "Tor-On-Toe". where they overemphasize every syllable. The rest of Canada says Tronno or Toronno.

In fact, I find all the hipster Torontonians like to over-pronounce all their syllables so as to prove how educated they are. All the people I knew growing up in St Catharines that moved on to Toronto seemed to start talking like that. I call it the Toronto accent (or in my Niagara vernacular "Toronno accent").

    I pronounce Toronto shithole.

"Sounds like they are preparing to miss again next year". I don't know what you were listening to dude, but that's a ridiculous comment for someone to make if they did indeed listen to it.

This has been a disappointing year, but I'm hopeful for many years of success coming. What is more disappointing has been reading flat out dumb comments this season from so-called fans spewing a lot of crap, in my opinion. I'm very disappointed in a lot of the posters on this site. Flame away.

Some comments are worthy of a response. Some aren’t. I’m sure I’m not alone Karen, in noticing that you’ve taken it upon yourself to judge everyones fandom. Your opinion means squat to me. When KA raises his game I’ll give him full credit. You can be assured of that. Until then, don’t read my posts. Its simple really.

  5. Sounds like they are preparing to miss again next year. Watch the teams that build each and every year towards the playoffs and beyond and compare that to KAs plan. Unwavering mediocraty. Just get by. Maybe we’ll squeek in. If we get lucky. If we avoid injuries. If the young guys all take that step. If our goaltending wins us games. If we can turn our power play around. If Krebs could just be a goalscorer. All whatifisms. Loser mentality. Gawd dammit I want a winner at the helm. Its going to be a long offseason. In KA we trust ?

You can expect the pearl clutching to recommence when Byram cools off and Mitts heats up in Colorado.

But it’s easy to see why Byram was thought of as a good player with a ton of upside.

Surround Mitts with a good team in a winning enviroment with good coaching and I’d expect him to take a step forward. The inverse could be true with Byrum but hopefully not.
