Indeed it does...it just seems so believable that when the owners kept giving a little more again and again that Fehr kept telling the players to hold strong and it will continue - but they reached the breaking point. I also believe that Fehrs ego is of more hindrance than anything else in these negotiations. However Ill admit that Im firmly on the owners side and therefore my opinions are all biased :rolleyes:

Of course he is going to say that Fehr and the players pushed their luck...hope they come begging the NHL to put everything back on the table and theyll accept, and the NHL just laughs

well folks it looks like we may have hockey in the near future...both steve fehr and daly talking side by side after the meeting. "best day yet" and will meet again tomorrow before the BOG meeting. keeping my fingers crossed..

players may want to get something on the table or at least something constructive before the BOG meeting tomorrow...that meeting should be huge we'll see. everything is sounding positive so far, who knows, maybe Steve Burton knew what he was talking about?
