To go along with the conspiracies I see no way in hell bettman even gives the isles a chance of winning the lottery in 2015 if they use their draft pick this year. With the isles moving to Brooklyn that year I doubt he'd allow them to be embarrassed by having us use their pick to select mcdavid/eichel. Wouldn't be surprised if he already assured them that wouldn't happen either

There was some talk by the broadcasters that Fasching could be leaning towards turning pro next year…is that a decision he solely gets to make or do the Sabres have to offer him an ELC first? and would they do that if thats the case. I feel like they may want him to develop a little bit more at Minnesota first

in my opinion we are getting to the point where we have enough big bodied guys with some skill but lacking in the skating department. I think we need another explosive player or two that can really move up and down the ice. The only decent skater on this team right now is ennis and conacher?… maybe baptiste in the prospect pool. I'm sure I'm missing a few but it seems we have a lot of guys that have some skill/size but aren't the greatest skaters. Im all for drafting reinhart but would not be disappointed one bit with bennett. draisaitl scares me a little.

The isles are 4th worst right now…if they stay there the worst they pick is pick 5 in the draft. if thats the case I am okay with them giving us the pick this year. Out of reinhart, bennett, ekblad, dal colle, draisaitl, ehlers, id be happy with any of those guys at 5 or 6. If they do worse than that I am definitely hoping they give us the pick next year, but i think they draft this year if they are top 5
