I know he was hurt and just getting back to 100% but I can agree with the rest of this post.

I think Murray moves him before next season. He's improved his strength but his skating needs work.

We need to do our part the rest of the way and Edmonton has to start picking up a few more points.

Coyotes have a better team game and even with hardly any scorers up front Tippet has his guys play hard nightly. I'm looking at Edmonton's schedule and they have a lot of games on the road.

I still hope we get McDavid, Arizona gets Eichel and Edmonton gets Hanifan. At least all three teams gets their needs.

Coyotes at least have some solid defense even with the trade of Yandle. OEL is so underrated being in Arizona. If he was in a big market team people would know how good he is. The Coyotes will play hard for Tippet. He's a great coach and just look at his teams he had offensively even when they made the playoffs. His system is pretty darn good. If they let Tippet or Detroit lets Babcock go I would jump all over either one of those guys.

I have to admit the Coyotes getting a first and Dahlback looks good for both teams. At least they have one point so far. They work hard this team. Tippet is a great coach. You guys don't get to see this team often. Being here in Las Vegas they are on a lot.

I told u Tippet has them play hard. They have some Big D on their team and their forwards work hard. For people that don't get to see the Coyotes OEL is a great defenseman.

Tyler Ennis is a great player. Once this team can get a solid first line and he's actually on the second line his production should go up.

I don't know if I put McDavid over Crosby. Crosby has Mvp award, Stanley Cup and Gold medal in Olympics. McDavid isn't even in the league yet.

I wouldn't worry about the goaltending situation because this team has always found solid goaltending through out their history. I do worry about not finishing last and end up picking third. If we do I think their will be tons of pissed off fans for this total tank job and not getting one of the big two. To me it will make Buffalo a laughing stock to all hockey fans that they tanked and couldn't end up with either of the prizes. Now that being said if we do land one of the big two then next year will be much more entertaining to watch and we know they will go thru growing pains but it will be worth it. This team hasn't had a bonafide superstar up front since the LaFontaine days. You have to figure that Pysyk and McCabe will be full time next year and the defense will be led by Bogo.

I still think if I had kept one player from that old core it would have been Pommers! He shows up to play unlike Vanek even though Vanek had more skill.

Time will tell on the Kane deal. It looks like it's paying off for Winnipeg right now plus you have Armia, Lemieux, plus the first. But on the flip side of that we have Kane who could be pretty dynamic himself on a new team and Zach is a beast compared to Myers. I thought at first he overpaid on the Fasching deal for McNabb but I look at the deal and say we won now. Both look like we could have solid players for years to come in Buffalo. What I have learn about Murray is he doesn't mind overpaying to get the players he really wants.

This is spot on. People that are wondering about Stewart's game. This is just my opinion. You are in a great position to get paid if you perform at your highest level as an UFA. He didn't. $hit he was benched on the worst team for not playing hard. The guy is 6'3" 230. He should be using his size and strength to the fullest advantage and he doesn't. He had one good year and he's been on the down swing since. You think St. Louis would have unloaded him if he was still a consistent 20 goal scorer. Highly Unlikely. Do I think GM Murray could have gotten more for him tough to say. I still think when you go out and say that the UFA's will be moved for whatever sends a message to other GM's that we shouldn't overpay because he wants to unload them anyways. I just hope nothing comes out saying Tanking between Us and the Coyotes. Just sayin it could happen and the league could crack down on it.

I could care less about Mitchell or Flynn. Those are filler guys.

Like I said awhile back. Everyone knew Murray was going to unload the key UFA's and made it known. If your another GM why would you overpay? Plus our UFA's weren't great to begin with.

I agree with you on that but Darcy signed him. Another Darcy Blunder that another GM has to live with.

Really Hodgson! I don't know if I give up on him just yet. Wait till he has some talent around him before you come up with that conclusion. Yes he's not great defensively and isn't physical but you don't get rid of him now when he has no value.
