Buffalo will definitely not be good next season, but they won't be tank bad.
I'll take anything close to an approach on .500 next season as a a very good sign.

If they miss the playoffs, does the first round pick automatically slide? Or is it just top 10 protected?
only top 10 lottery protected

Levi with 60 saves in a game, and UPL with 54 saves. Both WINS which is incredible
but WTF.. somebody play some defense

my confidence is tied to the 2nd half of this season. I expect a team that can trend closer to 0.500 in the 2nd half for me to have confidence.
So no I am not confident at all.... I see a team that just has no consistency and its not getting better...- 1

Still believe it's more impressive that the Sabres walked away from 3 of them. Guess Adams actually HAS improved the goaltending. (Where's that wacko emoji when you need it?)
Who could of thought that there was a whole another level of inept we could of achieved at G.. Seeing 2 former Sabres on the list must mean we are trending in the right direction

I'll jump in on Expanse. One of my favorites.... Just finished it....
Another show I find fun is the Righteous Gemstones on HBO. A show about a hypocritical TV evangelist family....

I go up to Vancouver occasionally. Haven't in a few seasons due to covid and the fact the Sabres looked like poop.
I wanted to go to the Seattle game early this seaosn, but do to cost, covid, and my wife not feeling it because she just got back from visiting Buffalo we chose not to... But the Seattle Arena is supposed to be impressive so I look forward to a game there in da future

the only thing that grabs my curiosity is how long he stays in the league, and to what degree this type of surgery is worthy of consideration for Athletes in high impact/collision sports.

I couldn’t hear but it sounded like Healy and Poulin at the intermission were talking about Buffalo pulling Levi from the tournament.
Buffalo has no say in what Levi does at the Olympics because Levi has no contract with Buffalo.
Levi can do whatever the fudge he wants to right now.....
I also seriously doubt we would ever do such a thing. Can't think of single reason why we would. He misses a few college games.. not a big deal...- 3

I think the Sabres should ditch msg all together. The Future is streaming, yet in 2022 most Sabres games are blacked out without msg.
Nhl is stupid, all the need is nhl subscription to stream your teams games without blackouts and they'd make bank. Instead you need 3 services to watch your team, nhln, msg, espn+

This is not true. I have a twitter account but I just went to another browser that I've never used twitter on and I could see tweets.
thanks for the info. It seems to work with firefox... Why it does this with MS Edge I don't know.. I don't have many browser options at work where I do all my reading

If you have a playstation 4 or you can pick one up cheap they make great set top boxes for streaming pretty much any service
But I understand your pain completely. -

Except the reports are that Levi plans to go pro when Northeastern season is done.
So, they very well could get both in ~3 months for the stretch. And, if they tell Portillo to stay another year, could definitely see him stay 2 more & walk to wherever he wants to be.
Then you got to bring in both IMO and figure that out. We need as many quality G's stacked up as possible
Haven't heard the Levi news about going pro this year, I only hoped he would. -

Nothing would thrill me more than seeing Tuch and Krebs light up Lehner. Too much to ask?
Nope, just the right amount to ask.. A good old fashion double digit shellacking

I wonder what happens if Anderson, UPL and Levi finish the season well.
UPL would almost certainly have a spot in Buffalo then. Levi will be one of the goalies in Rochester.
Would they bring in a Mrazek or Korpisalo type over signing Craig for another year?
I think they bring The Swedish Bull aka Erik Portillo in to Rochester 1st given the time line. Portillo could potentially go back into the draft if we keep him in College another year if I understand that correctly. Levi however I believe has the extra year or 2 to burn before we have to face that. So from that point of view Portillo 1st.
The question I have would it make sense to bring both Portillo and Levi in.. would there be enough games to satisfy their development if they split the duty. -

Yeh its hockey... seriously just a resentment toward Jack came out... dont really wish it on him... he's not Neal after Drury hit.
Glad to hear that.... I was taken back a bit by that.

Either way hope Samuelson runs him into the boards with a high hit...
SO you want to see someone produce a hit that lays Jack flat on the ice possibly paralyzed... and why would you want this?
I worry about the guy honestly. Which is why I was against the procedure he wanted if he was going to continue his career. One hit like that and it could be very very ugly. I am also concerned for the player who does hit Jack legally but has to witness and deal with this possibility...
But in no way would I wish this on anyone- 1
Lol.....what a dick

Until that one hit, that one crash into the boards... I wouldn't want to see it, but I do not trust the surgery he elected to have and continue playing.. I would of cringed every time he played if he did stay a Sabre. Now its all in Eichel and Vegas hands....
