    You're right, "no other trades" have been completed today. I see Darcy's supporters are as plugged in as he is.

     

    Did any of the blockbusters that were tweeted about happen? Did anyone before #16 make a move? Do we care if SJ and DET swapped picks?

    No, I am basing it on everything I have read and everyone I have talked to and everything I have seen. If Geno went in the 2nd EJ Manuel was not going in the first if the Bills didn't take him. He is a late 2nd early 3rd round pick at best so you can take your :doh: somewhere else. Like I said I think Manuel can succeed and be good but it is about maximizing the picks you have and drafting him in the first when he would have been there in the 3rd, fail.

    Then they are idiots. You could have drafted Manuel in the 3rd at the least the 2nd. We wasted a pick regardless of how Manuel turns out.

     

    Yup. They always invite potential 2nd or 3rd round picks to sit in the green room on the first day of the NFL draft. :doh:

     

    By the way...are you basing your opinion on the likes of Kiper and McShay who said Nassib and Barley would be gone in round 1?

    The charge: meddling. I'm more than happy to lead the prosecution. I'm serious. I think it could be fun. We'll pick jurors, have opening and closing arguments, deliberation, a verdict.

     

    Anyone want to defend him? Throw your name into the jury pool?

     

    P.S. We need a judge. I've never seen chz in a black robe, but if anybody could "clear a courtroom"...

     

    Is this a trial or military tribunal?

    Why do some people love Yuengling so much? Because it's great beer at a cheap price.

     

    I went through my craft beer snob phase, trying one expensive beer after another. Then I realized that the beers Yuengling makes are as good, or at least close, to over-priced craft beers, at a Pabst Blue Ribbon price.

     

    Like IPA? Yuengling's Lord Chesterfield Ale is terrific and costs $18 a case. Black and Tan? $20 a case. Yuengling Light Lager actually has flavor and is just 99 calories. Bud and Miller lights are 125.

     

    Being in New England means I have to import my Yuengling when I visit Buffalo or my in-laws in Maryland. But it's worth it. I feel bad for the guy who runs the craft beer store in my town, where I used to drop what a case of Yuengling costs for just one 4-pack of craft beer. I feel even worse for the dude who opened his own brewery at the end of my street (really) but charges $14 for one 22oz bottle of his creation. It's good but not worth that kind of money.

    He played 1:50 per game on a very good power-play.

     

    The kid is not void of talent, you have to weigh it against what a Kassian can bring. If both players maximized their 'potential", Kassian would be the more prized prospect.

    More prized than a #1 center? <_<
