All goals scored were given up by UPL. A good sign.
-
Really. Total snooze-fest but for one big hit, which wasn't the best idea.
-
Do we know they went there?
-
Certainly was a better show. Also they could do both.

The Sabres lost to...the Sabres. They aren't bringing the MSG mobile unit to a scrimmage. I'm sure it was cobbled together.
-
We're you really shocked that the Bills would use PSL's?
-
We can only hope.
-
Two fluke plays for WFT.

I'd like to know how many preseason Sabres games will be televised? If you can back-door MSG with ESPN+, what are they paying TV rights for?
-
(Pfft) ahhhhh ....yes
-
Is that on cable and satellite? Because there's no CI online.
-
I'm not confident until I see it. But everyone is saying all games are on ESPN+, and there isn't an NHL Center Ice online package anymore, so... When you go to NHL.tv, this is what it says...
-
I pay less than $15/mo for Hulu, Disney and ESPN+. I got it for UB sports. Now I don't have to spend $140 on NHL Center Ice.

"So Don, was that a good idea or my best idea?"

Even if a Jack gets his ADR how many teams will feel he can take a serious blow? Aside from crowns, nothing artificial can truly replace your original equipment. I'm finding that with my new knees.

I'm actually excited for this Sabres season, no expectations

Believe it or not I'm more excited by what the Sabres could do than the Bills. I want to see them respond to the disrespect. I want other teams to hate playing us. -
That is the very definition of what PSLs are.

You said, quote, "Tell me I'm wrong." I thought that was what I was doing. Sorry. If you are going to make a statement like that, expect to be challenged.

Kevyn Adams has botched the Eichel situation horribly
PromoTheRobot replied to dudacek's topic in The Aud Club
Fish & Co were relieved from their roles for going down that path. But here we are, on that same road again? If so it's out or frustration on Jack's part. They have to keep shaming Adams and the Sabres, even if what they are accusing him of doing isn't true. But I guess getting journalists to do your dirty work is pretty easy. Most reporters rely on agents for scoops. They will gladly do a Pat Brisson a solid for a future exclusive. After all he has a superstar roster of clients. Even Vogl at The Athletic, who I mistakenly thought had some scruples. I was wrong. -
Oh, this post? Whatever respect he deserves for not caving to a bad offer, is voided by his inability to find a way to make a deal happen. You're assuming he is the reason why no deal had happened, without knowing what if anything was offered. He seems to have left himself no escape hatch in order to rehabilitate Jack’s value. This is your opinion. The Sabres do not need an escape hatch. They hold Jack's rights for 5 more seasons. Medical compromise seems off the table. What does medical compromise mean here? It's one surgery or another. There's no compromise. He hasn’t been able to make a creative deal involving conditionals or salary dumps materialize. It takes two to tango. I suspect if Adams took whatever was offered, you would certainly take issue with such a meager return. And he’s boxed himself out of allowing Jack a dignified road back to the team by allowing things to get personal. Again, your opinion that Jack would come back and that Adams made it personal. Oh and nice embellishment describing it as "boxed in a corner." Whatever breaks the logjam is going to come months after it could have, too late to help Granato and the kids execute this seasons plan. That's true. He’s done a good job of making Jack the bad guy, I think Jack did that to himself without help. but in the process he’s allowed things to get to this point and he’s failed to execute his job: making the team better. Once again, opinion. You also ignore Jack and his old agents' role in poisoning the well. I don't think Adams "allowed" anything. He held his ground and maintained silence. No doubt you found that incredibly frustrating. Tell me I’m wrong. Do I have to state the obvious?

I need to understand what exactly you're criticizing Adams for here. Something concrete that happened or an imagined scenario? Or just the sins of prior administrations?
