I might argue that it might be exactly what this team needs right now. I mean I hope the assaulted party is ok but Von has been garbage since he came back. Any healthy DE would be an improvement. He’s been awful. He’s hurting the team, big time. Much rather see Groot, AJ, Floyd or Shaq at this point. Even Kingsley Jonathan would be an improvement.

It’s a lot better than it was a couple weeks ago. I think they were up to a dozen players out with injury or call up. Mersch, Murray, Weissbach, Kozak, Kisakov, Neuchev, Jobst, Rousek, Nadeau, Cederqvist, Warren, Giroux, Richards and Slaggert. The last 4 being ECHL players that are contributing nicely this season.

Also, TPegs owns the Amerks. If he wanted an improvement, he could make it. Clearly he thinks they are just fine. I’m sure Karmanos and Adams would let Terry know if the facility is a problem.

The Rosen-Biro-Kulich line has been murderous for the Amerks. I wonder if there are too many defensive questions though.

The sheltered minutes Kulich and Rosen are getting is limiting this lineup. So much so they basically played 9-6 instead of 11-7. Not sure how sustainable that is, there is a reason teams ice 4 lines of players.
