the main problem on this team is that its just not very well organized. which points to coaching

nice seeing a young talented team on the rise. could be contending as early as next year.and even have an outside shot at a 7 or 8 seed this year.

There is no other reasonable word for those who want to fire Rex after (prior to today) less than half a season of work. it would be discourteous to fire rex after half a season
