  1. Agree entirely. I’m glad Johnson spoke up and I look for the team to turn it around. We aren’t that far off and we do have talent on this roster.
  2. I disagree. We are perfectly capable of being 17-24 by the first week of January.
  3. For what it’s worth, the Blues were something like 17-24 and in last place in the first week of January 2019 and they turned it around and went on to win the cup. Anything is possible I guess.
  4. We’ve been season ticket holders for decades, so play that tune for someone else, but I can’t blame anyone for needing to wait and see before coming back and shelling out major bucks for a subpar product. Don’t blame them at all.
  5. I’m all for a shakeup, but I don’t think that will do much given how unorganized we are in our own end defensively. Same old same old on the D side of things. It’s maddening.
  6. Miserable is right. And it’s entirely a creation of the miserable product they put on the ice. 19,000+ showed up on opening night just dying for a reason to love this team and come back again. The fans were pumped and provided a great atmosphere right up until this team sucked all the joy out of the building with a crap performance. And they’ve done NOTHING to bring them back since.
  7. Team not ready, not in synch to say the least. Give Devon a break as he’s really fighting the puck; just doesn’t look comfortable at all.
  8. Lazy penalty. These guys are rapidly approaching poser territory.
  9. Rule says you have to see the pick cross the line. None of the views showed that. No goal.
  10. Yep. He’s been fighting it. The breakaway save notwithstanding.
  11. Levi needs to make that save. No two ways about it. Crap goaltending there.
  12. That is downright luderous (also a Robrayism).
  13. @Buffalonillto the white phone. Buffalonill to the white phone.
  14. Per the bold, revisionist or not, the simple fact is that we got progressively worse after his first year here until we traded him. Not saying that ROR was responsible for any of it, especially given the other crap going on in the organization at the time. But it’s not unreasonable to assume we weren’t going anywhere with ROR when we hadn’t gone anywhere with ROR especially when we got worse during his tenure. That said, I wish it hadn’t come down to us trading him. He was a good player at a time when we needed good players and there were several other players more deserving of being jettisoned.
  15. Is Metsa injured or is there another reason he isn’t seeing ice time?
  16. Are the combine weights and measures not definitive?
  17. By all means, waive his one trick pony butt. I’d love to see it.
