I know Carolina has quite a few forward plus Chatfield and one other D. I'd be interested in seeing a list on who is available this summer and if any guys fit the Sabres needs?

I am less concerned with losing maybe 5-7 lbs just want to trim up belly fat... trying the bike once a week, take my son swimming, play hockey at least once a week
