Rumor has it that one of the 3 presold condos is Ryan Miller's. There is a slideshow on the page of the interiors of the condos. I bet the white modern maple paneled condo with the built in speakers, steam room, and jacuzi is Ryan's. The owner has requested custom floating shelves, opti-white privacy glass, and pure white silestone kitchen-island with hidden built-in appliance/utility cabinets. The second floor boasts a steam room/Jacuzzi, rain shower with seamless glass door, laundry chute, and built in speakers. Who else would need privacy glass and a steam room?
