Another team faced a similar problem last year. The Hurricanes finished the regular season 17th on the PP with a 17.9 percent efficiency. That's why everyone is so frustrated about the PP...we have enough talent to lead the league in goals for, yet can't get or maintain possession of the puck in the offensive zone on the PP?
