PerreaultForever Posted 1 hour ago Report Posted 1 hour ago (edited) Well it is basically the 4 firsts for an allstar price tag that the NHL set for offer sheets way back. It's kind of the standard. You have to hand it to Minnesota for going for it. There's a team that knows they have to be better now to get out of that "group of death" (using the World Cup term). It's likely an overpay if they don't sign him to an extension, but if they do, he's the best player in the deal and thus they win the deal. Isn't that the rule? idk, let's ask Eichel or Reinhart 🙂 All I can say for sure is "The Hockey Guy" (who is a Canucks fan) is really really not happy.   Edited 1 hour ago by PerreaultForever Quote
Doohickie Posted 1 hour ago Report Posted 1 hour ago I watched The Hockey Guy's (members only) video where he comments on the trade. He lives in Canucks territory and they're his #1 rooting interest. He basically sounds like Sabrespace in the aftermath of the Eichel trade. He even called the Canucks the worst run team in the history of the NHL. He's pretty despondent. We all know how he feels. Quote
Stads Posted 1 hour ago Report Posted 1 hour ago Does this help Kevyn's chance of survival watching another GM be worse at their job? Quote
