PASabreFan
April 13, 1998 In a tense nationally televised 2-1 win over Philly at Marine Midland Arena late in the regular season, Dominik Hasek robs Trent Klatt with his blocker to make one of his all-time greatest saves. John LeClair, who had scored his 50th goal of the season earlier in the game, backhanded a perfect setup to Klatt in front of the net. Hasek dropped his stick, lunged to his right and extended his blocker across the goal crease to knock the puck past the left post as Eric Lindros raised his stick to celebrate the goal that never was.
