IMHO although Dell was technically still in the trapezoid, he was nowhere near his crease, therefore he doesn't have much of an argument about defending his space. He could see Batherson was coming with a lot of speed and intentionally interfered with him causing the dangerous fall into the boards. IMHO it was a cheap shot and Dell should get a minimum of 3 games. If I was an Ottawa fan, I'd want the league to give him something more substantial.
