Not my pick, but I'm not a scout. a reach as he was ranked in the low to mid 20's, but, after Quinn and Peterka picks, the sabres deserve a long leash. He was the biggest mover in the draft this year, moving from around 60th to 23 overall.

Lambert and wright were considered the top 2 contenders for #1 overall at the beginning of the season. I would like the gamble of taking him

Not worried at hid 5'9" height - he's gets to the dirty areas, not at all a perimeter player like Lekkeramaki is.

not kidding - it's been said he could be the best forward in the draft. Only downside is 5'9" is what you're going to get as his Dad is 5'9"

at 16, not at 9. Savoie, Kemell or even Geekie at 9. I don't want Lekerrimaki at 9, I think he's too much of a perimeter player for me, a clone of Oloffson and we have oloffson.
