With Foligno and Stewart skating today, maybe two forwards will head down in time for the Amerks next game on Friday vs the Marlies.

I've either watched or listened to the three games since Grigs was assigned to the Amerks. He's a different player who's winning puck battles along the wall and playing responsibly in all three zones. His play without the puck is markedly improved. Cassidy has him playing the point on the 1st PP unit and he's been dangerous in the offensive zone by creating chances for himself and his teammates. With his excellent track record in the Q and also in WJC competition, he'd be considered a great prospect with very few detractors had he not been foolishly rushed to the NHL by you know who.

I think you should.

Wrong inference drawn. Posters can bitch about whatever they'd like to and I'm not going to attempt to blunt or discourage it. But I will occasionally point out the futility of doing so.

Hey you're the one who jumped in and decided that "someone" needed defending. At any rate, hope you're all clean now.

APRIL IS "FAN APPRECIATION MONTH" IN BUFFALO

There are many forms of being a consumer. Reading/viewing material from a content provider is just one of them. -

Being a consumer does not necessarily require a purchase. For example, if you go to ESPN.com and read some of their content, you are a consumer. Beyond that, they have ESPN insider that requires a paid subscription in order to consume the additional content. In either case, you are a consumer. -
If you've been listening to TM, he's said repeatedly since he became the Sabres' GM that the '15 draft is key. The team is most definitely angling for McDavid and/or Eichel in that draft regardless of who approves of the strategy or not.
-
 It's not the sole reason. Fan forums exist for many reasons beyond whining when you don't like something.
-
Never complain about anyone else being snarky. But keep on complaining about the direction of the team to your heart's content and let's see where that gets you.

Taking in information as a consumer. Not a literal digestion of information of course. -

Those aren't the people who are making decisions about the direction of the team, so what they want or don't want is immaterial to the reality of what is actually going to happen. They and you can choose to accept it or not. There are 29 other teams to cheer for if they're that displeased.

So you'd love a heroic run to 8th with the likelihood of either missing the playoffs or a 1st round exit. We've see that movie before....over and over again. Same sad, miserable empty conclusion. This is a new day and a new way. FNC is fully on board, but whether you accept it or not is up to you.

Not completely, but this particular campaign (2013-14) is.

This one is....That one was not.

AMERKS COMEBACK TO STUN MARLIES WITH 4-3 WIN
-
Sounds like a change of scenery is coming: @Sportsnet #Jets forward Evander Kane a likely scratch tonight against the #MapleLeafs: http://bit.ly/1dYyJIy #NHL @reporterchris

Amerks come back from a 3-0 3rd period deficit to win 4-3 over the Marlies. Schaller with the hatty. Grigs with 2 assists. Varone with the GWG. @RSandersonWHTK #Amerks have, at least for right now, moved up into 7th in Western Conf. Yes, a playoff spot (for now) after 9 losses before this week.
