The Isles have been very impressive with a combination of talent, grit, and hustle along with some help from Fleury's horrible goaltending. Particularly impressive beyond Tavares are Okposo, Grabner, and Cizikas. Their D-Men look really good too. This team has developed nicely and they'll be a factor in the East for the next few years at least.

TPegs and upper management are in full on bunker mentality. The preseason contract extension for DR was the greatest indicator of this. Despite loud and persistent calls from the media and much of the fan base for a new direction in the hockey department (After 16+ bleepin years no less), they instead do the polar opposite. Without directly saying so the attitude of the organ-eye-zation is....We'll show you bastards because we know best. Very arrogant and stupidly defiant IMO.
