Watching Ruff’s postgame interview, he provides good analysis of why the Sabres succeed or fail in a game. He very rarely expresses any delight or displeasure. Ability to motivate not audible to me anyway. He distances himself from his work product. It didn’t work this season. I wouldn’t bring him back.
