    Nope. They're too busy helping Zona out. How else can you explain 18 loses in their last 19 games? That is absolutely pitiful. You can't tell me that team has been told to purposely lose.

    I swear, this team could up a wet dream. Prolly gone leave big D with at least a point. I'm not ready for three or four more years of non playoff hockey...not at all!!!

    They won't lose this one. Not after Seguin called their loss to Buffalo earlier in the season embarrassing.

    True. I saw Cody maybe drop an extremely quiet f-bomb as he was heading to the box.

    Doesn't explain the ridiculous call on Hodgson though. That was one of the worst calls I've seen.

    I quit drinking too, unfortunately it only lasts for three days at a time.

    And the Yotes, unlike the Sabres don't even give an effort. That whole team has said f-it and I wouldn't be surprised to one day find out that the coach and players have been told to lose. Something that Buffalo has not done....yet! This team comes to play every night no matter what. These two games against Arizona could shape up to be the two ugliest games in NHL history.

    Well you'll have to buy Rayzor a Coke, he quit drinking awhile back. Although you would think he had half a load on when he's broadcasting. I also agree about Foligno. He has been playing pretty good all around except for the scoring part. He just seems to himself everytime he gets a good opportunity. Love the kid with his toughness and determination, but it's time to start burying those chances. Besides, I have his jersey so he better be here for awhile.

    I'll admit, tonight was Grigs best game in a long time, maybe even of his few stints in the NHL.

    Sabres got plenty of shot attempts, just not many on net. Too many whiffs, posts and just plain wide. They all seemed snake bitten tonight. But Hack was def the star for the Sabres in this one. Should be interesting to see who gets the start in Dallas on Monday. I'm guessing Lindback seeing how that's where he came from. Maybe we'll get to see an Enroth/Lindback matchup. That would make it interesting.

    I think Ray gets nervous everytime he has to call Grigs name. Tonight he has called him Mike, Micah and Michael, but never Mikhail.

    I think the Sabres are really gonna have to think about putting Vinz in goal for the Arizona/Toronto games. And maybe every other game as well. Everyone they throw in net lately plays their arses off.

    D'Amigo back wearing a full face shield, nose packed with cotton and missing at least two teeth. If hockey players aren't the toughest people in all of sports, then I don't know who is. LeBron James gets a leg cramp and has to be carried off the court.

    I have to say this watching Hackett, his rebound control is ten times better than Lindback's.

    That might be it. It's hard to understand a guy whose been punched in the head hundreds of times.

    Ok, now I'm confused....do you remember exactly what that question was? Because in 83/84 Housely had 31g, Bourque had 31g and Coffey had 40g. Maybe he said first Sabre d-man with 30 in a season, but that's not how I heard it. I think Ray effed up the question, which wouldn't surprise me at all.

    You could tell the Nashville player felt bad, he went right down to D'Amigo as he was skating by, but then kept going. I think he knew it was bad but was confused as to what to do.
