Tuch is the player he was in LV, only better. He was over rated by the fans, and many people here, when he first came. Last year was his best year ever. This year is on track for this second season best ever, despite the poor season by this team. He is what we see. He has played injured and put the effort in. He even fought Brady Tkachuk. I do not see him as a the C but a good responsible player with speed, energy, size, and some offensive skills. No player is going to have a career year every year. Tuch is not a problem.

Get a software update or fix your algorithm or something. Last year they were one of the most likeable teams in recent memory. This is what happens after 13 years of futility, over promising, and missed expectations.

I go to the Falls quite a bit, almost every summer, to both Canada and/or the US side. Last year was the first time in decades that, on the Canadian side, I went up the hill away from the Falls and into town. What a mess of commercialization that place is. We got out quick and went to Niagara on the Lake. Great town. Much nicer experience. Love walking there and shopping, I bought another hat.

I have not seen enough hockey from Byram to say that. He is one year older, had a slower break in to the NHL on a much better championship team and under much better circumstances. He had an impressive first week or two. Right now he looks like the others.

Benson is a very good player. He will get bigger and stronger. He is going to be a pain to play against - high hockey IQ, hard worker, fearless and determined. Get stronger and work on that shot in the off season. That should be his priority working with the development staff.

I like Girgs, always have, but I would look to improve his spot in the off season. If its not feasible, I sign him for one year again. No need to lock him up.

I am a big advocate for acquiring a vet, a stay at home physical defenseman to pair with Power. I wanted that last year, and I still want it. I don't see the cap room for highly paid Dahlin, highly paid Power, and maybe soon to be highly paid Byram, plus the TBD veteran top 4 guy, plus Muel. If Power is traded to keep Byram then so be it. I don't understand that Byram trade anyway, especially given the $$$ already invested in the defense. Power will end up being very good for a long time somewhere else then - just like countless others.
