  1. "we need to get something going on offense"-McClappy Maybe you and Beane should have thought about that in the off-season.
  2. Maybe Goo Goo Dolls won't endorse this level of sh!t show.
  3. I'm a 90's guy but I absolutely hate Bush.
  4. Please God let Housley end up being a competent, innovative coach and Jason Botterill a savvy GM. We have to be compensated for this incompetence.
  5. Good hold but this defense is going to burn out soon.
  6. I would think the Peterman experiment would be over but I wouldn't be surprised if they went to him again. Cue the Benny Hill music.
  7. Haha, I swear to God I was thinking WWE as well.
  8. I see the special teams decided not to show again. Likely down though.
  9. Are these the normal MNF announcers or did they downgrade for this game?
  10. Drafted in the 7th round too. Animated personality who was all about Buffalo. Wish we had a receiver like that right now.
  11. And I just wanted to say thanks for being so welcoming. There are some barbaric people on the other sites. I actually would lurk here for level headed takes on the Bills. I don't have a lot to contribute in regards to analytics etc. I'm the guy stuffing his face with wings and a beer in hand screaming at the tv. I also appreciate the diversity of topic material. Again thanks.
  12. The red flags with Josh Allen were glaring. The "he has big hands to play in the wind & snow" reasoning was absurd to me. Did Andy Reid know something our regime didn't when he moved up for Mahomes? He's an offensive guru and McClappy is a D-man. The naysayers claim Mahomes will come down to earth. I'm calling BS. KC is playing lights out and we are a circus act. I get the "well, KC has A, B and C and we don't" argument but watching Mahomes and Allen is like night and day. I cringe seeing the stats Mahomes is putting up. I thought there was a plan but I'm chalking this up to ineptitude. Again, I'll be the first to happily admit I'm wrong if things pan out.
  13. I have a few Venus fly traps of the larger variety that I keep outside during the summer. Had the pleasure of seeing a yellow jacket trigger one of the traps. It actually was able to escape though after some effort. Trapped crane flies are also amusing.
  14. Cutting a chunk off that fresh strip steak you're about to grill and feeding it to your fly trap will likely kill it. Some insects are capable of escaping, damaging the plant in the process. I've heard some people use freeze dried bloodworms.
  15. There were people pregaming on Abbott Road at 9:30 this morning. Blacking out for the game might actually be a smart move.
  16. My son has watched A Nightmare Before Christmas every other day for the last two weeks. I love the stop motion and Danny Elfman.
  17. Watching the original Halloween now. The ambience, music and 70's visual recording makes this the best IMO.
  18. Actually adequate substrate material plays a part in the non-necessity for feedings as well. Carnivorous plants supplement their diet due to poor "living conditions".
  19. They don't need to be fed as long as they receive adequate lighting. It just so happens the fruit fly cultures for the dart frogs are located right next to the plants so it works out well if there are any "escapees".
  20. That was in response to Josie's response to my post. Didn't want her to think my plants were withering away like Sloth in the some random basement. They're getting their rocky road!
  21. It was the consequence of getting the dart frog tank for the basement. It's all good. They're pretty happy under dual VHO bulbs.
  22. I'd love to see some pics of people's aquariums, reptiles or amphibians.
  23. The tropical pitchers (Nepenthes) are really cool. Cephalotus are my favorite. Unfortunately the plants have been relegated to the basement storage room by the wife.
