I think Levi shows an incredible ability to track the puck and stay with it during scrambles. I honestly haven't see that amount of focus and control in a Sabres goalie since a famous goalie that played in this city in the late 90's. I'm not saying he'll pan out that way, but wow... the building blocks are there.

So nice to get some relief from that (which I find more insufferable than the losses themselves) Perhaps Donny finally started talking about defense? This was a great opponent to get some confidence against, in that regard, as the Isles are not an attacking-style team, as others have pointed out... Just playing devil's advocate, but it could be argued that GMBott saw the immense potential in Tage, but failed to put in place the coaching to develop it. That is truly apples to oranges vs. hoping a 3rd round pick turns into Brayden Point. The reality is, there was a lot more wrong with the team at the time than ROR, and as @JohnC pointed out, we weren't keeping him, anyway.

If this is the case, shouldn't his name be pronounced: LE (as in "let")- vee ? Not "Levi" as in the jeans? I've heard it pronounced the later way 🤔
