Going to be a long season.

It would be 27-13. I’m seen All I need with Dorsey.

Two yards. 3 and 2. Between Allen and Dorsey we have no chance to be contenders.

No offensive identity. Quick throws would win this game easy. It’s like he picks random plays.

Allen really is a turnover machine. Why don’t we keep playing the short game. Jets are too god in coverage.

As much as Beane has built a SB contender, he has gaffed his way from getting us over the top with some suspect drafting since. Ford, Basham. Epenessa, and Elam are completely wasted picks top picks. There were players available that could of got us over the top. Compare to what KC did to address their needs, made some bold moves, and won a SB. Beane is also spending too much on aging players and we are headed for cap hell.

The Bills are aging, need upgrades in some key areas, and have no cap space. Even if this season goes well, expect a mini rebuild soon. Need tackles (at least one for sure), a center, MLB, a new number one corner, safety, a young top end WR. It is the nature of football.

Normally I would pass it off as a rusty preseason game. What i saw was disturbing for a supposed contender. I do not have a good feeling about this year. Hope I am wrong.

Oh my goodness how did we not draft a RT. Brown might be the worst tackle I’ve ever seen.

I would not be at all shocked. We are already down Quinn, and have a scary goaltending situation. The bottom of the roster is … meh.

Well I’d say they have quite an amount of talent developing in the system. I’m a bit surprised we didn’t sign a veteran goalie to go with Levi.

Looks like they are running back the same roster with slight defensive improvements. The loss of Quinn hurts the top 6. I’m not slotting us in a playoff spot for sure at this point. Might still be a year away yet.

A hive mind? Or maybe it’s folks that have a good understanding of the game and don’t gloss over the obvious faults? I could say the same about the masses that say we are going to be the best team ever every year.

Having JA covers a lot of ills. But he is not going to cover the glaring problems that cause us to keep losing in the playoffs against the top teams. Cincy is light years ahead of us and everyone else is catching up....then there is KC. Good luck getting past the second round again. The Sabres are still 2-3 years away but the prospect pool is amazing if they just stay the course.

The Sabres are on the rise, finally. Although they are several years away from a contenders status. I think the Bills have passed their apex (as is). This season has a lot more question marks going into this year with a terrible cap problem looming and what seems like dysfunction behind the scenes. The division and conference are way better as well. That 13 second game may be the epitaph on our window of opportunity. I hope I am wrong. Could see a mini rebuild coming if this year falls short again.

Looks like we are rolling back the same team with a slightly better bottom pairing defense. Still needs a true top 4 d man and a goalie. Rinse and repeat, unless of course there is a trade coming.

Looks like a playoff appearance is the goal, not contending yet. Need more of the young guns in the stable to develop.

I could be wrong, but I don't think its a good idea to give Levi the reins yet. He is too young. A vet goalie should of been a priority.

Yeah you can write off this season. I ruptured mine when I was 41. Most brutal injury of my life. Never got my full strength and mobility back. Took a year and a half to get back to somewhat normal. But he is much younger.

Bad news. That’s a hard one to come back from . I had that happen to me.

We could have a really good third line that sets up mismatches in a few years. Similar to how the 05-07 team did it.
