I think the Sabres win tonight. Ottawa is really struggling and just lost their best player. We are due.

We don't have much skilled forwards. That will take years to rectify. We do have a decent defense but also subpar goaltending.

I don't care what his face looks like, he's beat the hell out of McDermott and KC several times without a good QB. Maye is legit and NE has competent coaching. The division is not a freebee anymore.

It took Zito 3 years to turn the Panthers into contenders, 4 to win a cup. And that's rare. And he walked into a slightly better situation having some significant core pieces already than whoever has to take over this mess. It would take a miracle to turn this around into contenders in anything less.

Right. Beane's drafting has been subpar. Terrible in the early rounds. It is criminal we have no #1 WR. I originally wanted to keep our pick and draft Justin Jefferson for instance. The chiefs have built out their roster partly because of Beane. .

In only 6 weeks Vrabal already took the lead in the division with a young team. Embarrassing. Not a good sign. Allen is starting to look like Rivers career 2.0. It might be time to consider moving off this staff before Allen is past his prime.

I don't see how anyone can consider this team a contender right now. This defense has no chance to stop anybody, and the offense is not a world beater with no weapons outside of Cook and Shakir.

Officially passed the torch back to NE. I think this regimes highwater mark was the 13 second game. Poor drafting, poor roster construction, mediocre coaching. This team, as is, will never sniff the Super Bowl. Back to mediocrity. This was not just a bad game; it was a revelation of the systemic problems throughout the organization.

It’s going to be a long and boring season. Donnie at least had us as a top scoring team and we were close. It was entertaining. Just 2 years later we might be last in goals this year. Most of our lineup are 5 goals a year type players. Ruff and Adams dismantled our promising offense in the name of defense, which we are only slightly better at.

2 goals in 8 periods so far. This is looking more and more like a lottery team.

Colorado is not even giving a strong effort. Whenever they want they could turn on the switch and score 5-6 with ease.
