  1. A compelling list of comparable’s Got any on ice comparisons?
  2. I'd think he'd want to start somewhere else, no? He's young and capable. Look, I'd love to lock him up longer term....for reasonable dollars (higher end perhaps, so more expensive).....I just don't see him resigning himself as backup at this point in his career. He wants to get back in the saddle. Here it is for me, It's JA or bust to win it all. Of course they'll "figure something out". They're going to have to. I'd like to have additional 1st rounder while they're doing just that. I get your insurance take. I really do. If he wasn't under contract for just this year, we wouldn't even have this debate. Go Bills!!
  3. Lock him up longer term if he's that valuable.
  4. What's the plan after Mitch walks? We're gonna contend for years to come. Again, Reich was with us throughout the run.
  5. We had reich long term. MT we do not. Trading MT doesn't mean we're not going for the "juggler". If he's all that re-sign him. Again, I do it only for a first which I understand probably wouldn't happen.
  6. Tell me. How many games will MT play? Are the Bills closing shop after this season? You do realize he walks after this season. Who's your back up then? For a first, any first, I'd roll the dice. You're telling me MT is gonna save the day?
  7. No argument here. Completely agree. The question is, would you trade him now if offered a 1st?
  8. If he's open to this, which I doubt, we'd be fortunate to have his services longer term. One year? I'll roll the dice and acquire the first if offered.
  9. Josh WILL miss time? If this is the assumption every year then I strongly suggest we attempt to lock up MT as I mentioned.
  10. When we acquired MT, my first thought was Beane would flip him to someone desperate enough before the season started. Plus, if he's that valuable then maybe we should consider extending his stay. THAT would be strategy. Of course, I suspect Mitch has his eyes set on a starting gig. I think we can agree MT is the crown jewel of back ups. The more I think of it, attempt to lock him up or trade for a 1st (which I would require) if some team came asking. No help if he doesn't play. Trading him means we're not going for it?
  11. Mitch's future with Buffalo is a cup of coffee. If someone offers a first. Take it.
  12. I have a feeling his heart isn't in it. Yes, we have leverage but a lot a good that does if he's checked out. I just don't see a scenario where he can buy in and be a part of the solution. My .02
  13. Digging them blue lips though.
  14. I have a hunch what they'd do with her at another well known network.
