  1. Grant had a send down game against the Oilers. He was very bad, especially on the PK.
  2. I would assume so, as they are not written by people trained in that craft. But needing a little more help still does not constitute another byline for me.
  3. My first thought when I read the list ... Grant out Des in Upgrade __________________ Guhle out Kulikov in wash __________________ ????? out Gorges in downgrade.
  4. You're too kind. All editing of my work without the need for me to pay for it is greatly appreciated! In my limited search as to who the ghost writers or editors may be, which I found none, I came across a few questions that seem to fuel a debate. Does an editor of a short publication, such as a newspaper article, share a byline with the author? If not, why should they in the TPT? If they did put *edited by Sam Smith* under the players name, would you or a majority of readers believe it was written by the player in the players words or, by Sam's editing, be Sam's interpretation of the players' words? Right now, as the article stands in the case of John Scott, I believe it was edited the same as an newspaper article would be. I would like to know if there is a ghost author if they are employed by TPT. If the player hires someone to help them before they submit it to TPT, so as to not look like an idiot, I can completely sympathize with that though process and accept it.
  5. I fall under the *degrades* category. 30 years of no real written communication other than filling out technical forms does not do wonders for your written communication skills.
  6. I thought it was the players words, edited and then approved by the player before publishing. Scott may be very bright, funny and a great guy, but publishing even a small article needs someone that is a *pro*.
  7. That was hardly their best game. So I will chalk it up as a good team fighting through adversity to get the win.
  8. This is the point in the season that a good coach starts to coach confidence more than the x's and 0's. Us against the world... We went up against some of the best in the league.... Hard work.... no shifts off... The middle grind of the season and the Holidays could play a bigger part than the injuries. Their tired and beat up. They need a good chest beating and moral boost by the coaching staff to keep this play going. I'm liking HCDB's team at the start of games and his overall coaching philosophy change since the *try not to lose* play style was implemented when Jack was injured. It was a good, hard fought win. They gave everything they had to get points on very tough back to back scheduled opponents. And once again, I really look forward to the next game.
  9. I'll second that. I took it as sarcasm .

  15. Good goal. Very bad shift by Grant. The only thing that could make this worse is a challenge.
  16. Good penalty Jake. It was a 2 on 1 without it.
  17. Is Girgensens playing?
  18. Thank you for that. Refs must of heard or known at let the whole thing slide. McDavid's hit was Boarding. Suspension worthy.

  20. Guhle doesn't have the mass to box out the front of the net, but that will come.

  25. We have a good team that is young, vibrant, and mistake prone. But still a fun team to watch. Relax all and watch your children grow.
