Tuch and Thompson both came into the season considered bubble players for Team USA and each matched a skill-set Team USA needs. So far, neither have done anything positive to increase their chances. Does anyone think they’ll make the Olympics and what would need to be done before then for either one to get the call?

This was my thought at the comeback game last year. 1. 0-0…Well at least if the Sabres get blown out I get to watch two of the leagues best players light is up 2. Up 4-0…wow this is even more fun than watching MacKinnon and Makar light us up 3. Lose 5-4…Well at least I got to see MacKinnon and Makar light us up

Really good right up here, but I want to add that I’m pretty sure Ovi has always typically sat at the very end of the bench closest to the opposing goal, regardless of where the rest of his line is.

Pretty reasonable today. We got a couple seats in the lower bowl for $70 before fees. I don’t remember seeing them this cheap in the past. The city is distracted by the Jays, nobody wants to see the wheels come off against the Sabres tonight.
