I could be wrong.... but I thought he was diving for mahomes before he threw the ball
Yea that was so soft. I think Rousseau may have actually roughed him but even then it’s Incredibly soft.
They’re forcing the defense to carry them - not something I’d like to see happen in future big games like this. Offense needs a bit more.
Tremaine is ALL over the field. Making plays in the middle of the field and on the perimeter.

Micah Hyde has gotten BETTER which is impressive for a defensive back at his age

How the ***** is that a pick?!
It was inconsequential but stupid as hell. Hopefully they just wanted to get one out on us and feel better now.

Name an athlete that has been struck by lightning.
Yetur Gross-Matos of the Panthers had a game get delayed too late because of lightning. As he walked off the field he heard a loud strike. As he describes it, he caught a whiff of an “unmistakable” smell of burned human hair. He turned around to see his brother dead on the ground still smoking from the strike.

i dont ever remember a lightning delay.....and ive been around a lonnnnnnnnnng time
These have certainly happened before. Happened last week in LA which was in a dome. But man, this is a vibe killer.

Diggs should have had a TD, but it looked like he wanted to showboat.
No, I don’t think that’s what happened. I think he caught it a little off balance and thought the defender was on him so he thought he needed to shake him.

Rousseau seems like the real deal
He’s been a revelation. Seems like Beane knew things other GMs just didn’t.

That throw to Sanders was jaw-droppingly gorgeous.

On that second down where Rousseau beat the RT and had Mahomes dead to rights he just got pulled down by his shoulder pad and the broadcast didn’t say a word.

Couple badly missed calls against KC on that first drive but even with all that it ended in 3. Let’s put 7 up and start staking our claim to this game.
Just now, SwampD said:You mean Maholmes complaining after every play that he was whispered on and ticky tack holding on our DBs?
Yep.
They better call it the same way in them.
Both holds were definitive. But so was the uncalled hold and false start on their RT that same drive.

Well the Rangers just gave Zibanejad his extension.
That should put an end to the Jack to NY talk
That’s some leverage lost.

No, I’m pretty sure Nill is an entire colon.

4 days and 14 pages of nothin all because of 1 tweet.
This ***** is so tired. There has been a lot of good, enjoyable conversation in here. It’s astonishing how many people on a message board are upset with how people are talking on a … message board. Do something else.

I think it's time for @Hoss to lock this beaut. in places it's just as terrible as the 5 million page original thread.
Obviously, it seems that this has run it's course and we can easlily have the next mega thread when some other tweeter tweets out the next great update.
There’s no reason to prevent people on a message board from having conversation.

Thank the lord we have a guy with zero hockey front office experience handling one of the most delicate player transactions in league history.

If India can't handle the details of her life, how do you expect her to manage a major city?
Byron Brown’s offices were raided by the FBI.

It's not really worth anything but fun to mention: Emily Kaplan of ESPN mentioned on their new ESPN+ show that she thinks Eichel will be traded to Vegas within the next few weeks.

0%. It should not be something Adams is bringing up in conversations. If a team that's interested has one to offer and wants to include that player you listen but there are other positions to get more sure-fire value out of.
4 hours ago, Pimlach said:I heard that about McDavid and Eichel. It’s simply not true.
Indeed. It'd take a Cup and a decade of success to ease the burden of these tank years. And then it's not forgetting, it's just moving on.

Yeah I’m trying to remain optimistic but when the first thing they mention is his size, I get real nervous
It's the most immediately apparent aspect of his play on the ice and that's not a bad thing. He fills out his game with plenty of skill and high-IQ plays.

Doubt a team "kicking the tires" on Eichel would only be concerned with the neck. Is it in the Sabres best interest (should all the stars align & they never get an offer worth trading him) or Eichel's best interest to have 20 or so teams know exactly what injuries he's played through & couldn't play through? Teams have NEVER targeted a star player's weaknesses/injuries in the past. Certainly nobody would use that info nefariously. (Where's the rolleyes smiley when you need it.)
Until somebody came up with an offer (even conditional) that might be acceptable to Adams, how does it make sense to turn over the records?
Absolutely, once somebody is serious, let them see the records. Heck, let them have their own doctors examine him.
This is a fair point but I'm certain the "medicals" being discussed pertain exclusively to the neck issue which is already public enough info for teams to target one way or the other.

Not as hilarious as India Walton getting her car impounded for $600 in unpaid parking tickets, and the car's inspection was expired.
Byron Brown pulling the strings at City Hall means no low-income resident of the city will ever go unpunished!

As soon as a team gets good the refs just get on their side but it has not happened for us yet. Is there a super bowl prerequisite?
