Marty Biron for a game or 2?

Seriously, without Scott next year, who do we get to keep other teams accountable for cheapshotting the Sabres? We need fighter that can play and they are tough to find. I'm good keeping Scott for another year.

How about E. Kane, Stastny, and Stewart as our first line next year?

This game reminds me of the Regier/Rolston era. Time to get through the 3rd and move on. Although, if I'm John Scott, I keep a video of this game to show my grandkids when I played on the first line.

I think the Sabres are playing really well. Given the fact that they are playing with 10 or so players that won't be on the roster next year (TM's quote), what can we expect? The games are entertaining and we're in all of them. TN deserves a lot of credit for keeping the boys from quitting. They are fun to watch and easy to root for.

I have watched EVERY Sabres game this year. There is a difference this year (post Regier); an optimism. I like watching these guys. I feel when they get scored against. I pull for this team. They may not be good, but they are the Sabres again.

Say what you will, but Ted Nolan puts out a team you like to root for.

Take away our BS goal and their BS 5 on 3 goal, and we played Tampa even. It's a good game for us and a good point earned.
