I would want Howard/Can't miss prospect/1st/maybe more. Howard has similar stats playing behind the second greatest defenceman of all time for half the game (IMO the best ever D-man). He also has Z and D as his top centremen for 2/3 of the game. His stats should be vezina worthy

On the plus side, because there are so many contenders and so few teams out of the race already - we could trade off our 'assets' for a decent amount. Regehr, Leopold, Brennan, Stafford, Gerbe, Hecht. I would also trade Ennis for the right price. I would also consider trading M, P or V, if we traded them to a contender and got a decent amount in return. Something is wrong with this team.

Detroit might want him. Or Minnesota, or at a long shot, Edmonton? Miller has been the only decent player on this team the last ten games

He just took a new job, doubt you get him to quit a second job in a week. Also, no thank you. He is awful at drafting and just wants a goonish hockey club. Best bet would probably be an international GM - I don't know any good free agengt GMs in North America

We were so close to being last in the NHL on the PP, but NYR failed to score on their 2 chances. BUF - 11.2% NYR - 11.1% I think we get a new GM before we let DR make a big trade. Get a new GM with a new vision. No point DR screwing up again

Sounds like Brian/Rob/Mike have also given up on this team

Miller isn't the problem though. Considering he has made some huge saves tonight I don't see how putting a less able goalie in solves anything

Why can't we bury our chances? This has been the story all year. What little offensive zone pressure we create almost always ends up leading to a chance we don't bury. Rolston has done his job the PP looks so much better, the players are looking better defensively and getting out the zone quicker. But stupid mistakes lead to two stupid goals
