  1. If I were on the Sabres bench I'd be getting everyone to pound the boards and scream at those guys. No reason you should be able to do that.
  2. The bad habits/hockey that began creeping in during the win streak has made us look functionally indistinguishable shift-to-shift from last year the last three games against good teams
  3. That should be intentional offsides
  4. NHL.TV. Kyle was in the corner, it was ROR at the pivot spot to Risto. We need Casey or Dahlin to figure that spot out.
  5. And Brawndo 25 seconds ahead of me again
  6. Bogo's icing was stupid. Beaulieu's penalty was after. Not a single player can handle Nashville's 4th line right now, much less their first 3.
  7. PP2 looking far more elegant with Berglund and ERod than people were thinking before the game hehe
  8. Jack, predictability against cup contenders will kill you.
  9. We have four right handed shots on the first PP. Probably not ideal?
  10. When 10, 22, 28 are healthy they should never be apart. Peeper! I was ready to be grumpy at them not calling that. Pleasantly surprised.
  11. Rob said Eeli Tolvanen pretty funnily
  12. Sam doesn't need speed to make space and it's beautiful
  13. Vlad should probably be centering that line, so Evan can put pressure on the points and minimize that kinda stuff.
  14. Our team speed is much improved. Still lots of work to be done to get it to the level of the top teams we've been seeing. Not just straight line on the rush, but closing speed to loose pucks. Have we come even close to a shot on goal yet?
  15. Ugh, was hoping we'd see Saros. Starting 4-26 with the d-line to start. Bodes well for an offensive evening for Risto.
  16. I'm all for fun things.
  17. Three lines I'm happy with and the one I wish was better still has 17-71, who scored two goals together not that long ago and have chemistry. Can't blame Phil for much of anything tonight. Maybe if Pilut blows up, but Beaulieu-Nelson has been together a while and I'll take the slight risk on the Risto pair (using it heavily offensively) for the chemistry 8-82 have.
  18. The real question to be asked is why Clay was still so deep in the endzone with his QB scrambling back at the 50. That throw probably traveled 50-60 yards. We needed 11 from the LOS. Aren't you supposed to come back to the QB if he's running backwards like that?
  19. He's always been a huge Bills fan, hasn't he? He felt that drop just like we all did And I give similar kudos to Hoss' post.
  20. Didn't LA run a no huddle but linger at the line so coaches could help Goff dissect things as long as possible?
  21. Except if Risto was 2nd in Norris voting
