Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all. This year is a tough one as My Father In Law passed away from Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer on the 23rd. He was a wonderful person and became a great friend to me over the 23 years I had the pleasure of knowing him. He was admitted to the hospice inpatient unit on Sunday Night and kept up his habit of being a masterful storyteller to the nurses. He finished with one, told the nursing staff I’m tired and ready to go to sleep, 15 minutes later he was gone. As a big Frank Sinatra Fan he certainly did it “My Way”.

No, especially since Friedman mentioned on the 32 Thoughts podcast on Monday that Byram is looking to be the number one defenseman on a team, which to me translates into wanting a large AAV on his next extension. I highly doubt that Adams or hopefully his replacement gets the approval to pay three defenseman more than 8 million per year
