  1. We did give up size and some toughness in giving up Casey. He could play along the boards really well.
  2. Sure, teams have ups and downs and most teams are not far apart in talent
  3. Toronto dominates and Bruins still tie it
  4. Florida looks like such a rough tough talented team. I can't imagine our Sabres playing like that now. We are not small, but not tough like that at all.
  5. We lost that series 0-4. Do I remember this right: LaFontain was hurt, Muckler played Grant Furh instead of the unknown Hasek, Mogilney broke his leg in game four and the Candiens won several of the games--maybe 3?--in OT. They then won the cup.
  6. Lukas Rousek, Viktor Neuchev, Zach Metsa, and Nikita Novikov totaled one assist each in the win. Devon Levi (1-0) made 35 saves in his postseason debut to become the first rookie goaltender to win a playoff game for Rochester since Andrey Makarov did so on May 2, 2014. Levi was also the first netminder to earn the win in his debut since Ryan Miller on April 20, 2005. https://www.amerks.com/games
  7. I love this call, too. "The Ottawa Sens season, has come...to...an...end" LOL
  8. Absolute classic!
  9. Poor Toronto, lol
  10. Is he good now? Have not kept up on him
  11. I will now (rather bravely, if I do say so myself) interpret the poll findings! Poll obviously shows a lingering cautiousness abetted by a genuine sense of hopefulness. That's it
  12. he said he is a better coach now, which I hope is true. He sure seemed happy to have UPL. After Jersey's goalie situation, I bet he is happy
